“If people love you, they want you to grow. If people don’t want you to grow, then you can call the feelings that they have for you by many names. But you can’t call it love.” Rob Bell
Let me comment on that:
It’s your task to love yourself and grow so that you can love them no matter what they do, say or feel towards you. That’s gonna change the world. That’s what love is about. The people who are unable to love you and support you in your growth are your greatest teachers.
If we keep condemning those people, we keep holding onto war. Because that’s nothing different. War isn’t just shooting with guns on other people or dropping bombs on their heads. War is judging ourselves and other people for what we are or what we are not, for what they are and what they are not. If we truly understand the concept of Oneness, then we know that we are them and they are us. And that what we send out towards them comes back to us immediately. So, if you judge somebody for not loving you or supporting you, you basically judge yourself for not loving and supporting yourself. It’s never about somebody else. It’s always about you.
Find the love in yourself and start giving it to others in the way that your soul wants to express itself. Stop judging. Stop blaming. Start loving. And keep doing it. That’s gonna bring peace on Earth.
And so it is.
P.S.: If you want to explore the concept of Oneness and Giving and Receiving even more, I suggest you watch the movie “The Moses Code”. Here is the link to it:
Ever since I committed to “I AM PEACE” at the end of the Global Meditation for Peace on August 8th, 2014 together with thousands of people around the world, I feel drawn to explore peace, how I can be peace and how I can bring more peace to the world. It is as if that commitment has been received by a higher power that is now directing me and I don’t know where it will take me.
At the moment I feel drawn to explore a person that I got to know through one of his books: James F. Twyman. I didn’t know this guy until I read “Love, God, and the Art of French Cooking”, a book I liked very much, because it explains and explores some things about food that I believe and practice as well. But that wasn’t the interesting thing about James F. Twyman. I like to know who is the author of the book that I am reading and googled him. To my surprise this man is known around the world as Peace Troubadour, somebody who travels to places at war and in conflict conducting large Peace prayer vigils with over 100,000 people worldwide and singing Peace prayers to shift the energies in the war torn regions and help to reach peace. Wow.
In addition to that he had some pretty amazing spiritual experiences throughout his life, meeting psychic children in Bulgaria, a spiritual peace circle in Croatia and Bosnia and Jeshua ben Joseph in Jerusalem in a vision. He has written books about all these experiences. He also created The Beloved Community, a community of people that have been ordained as Peace Ministers and conduct peace meetings in different locations around the world but mostly in the U.S. and Canada. Originally he is a singer and became known for turning the 12 Peace prayers of all world religions into songs.
Something is guiding me to read several of his books at the moment. Namely:
They all have Love and Peace as central topics as well as being connected, being Oneness. I wonder what I will learn and experience during reading. Come and join me, if you like, in exploring Peace, Love and Oneness through the means of those books.
Here is an interview with James F. Twyman to give you an impression of him:
There’s much more to find on Youtube when you search for his name.
“I AM PEACE”.
Happy Birthday to Me. 🙂
It is my birthday today. The pictures show the flowers I got today.
It was a great day. I love it when right from waking up until before going to bed other people think of me and send me messages or call me or meet me during the day just to celebrate that I am there. I wasn’t able to see it this way and just be happy until 2 years ago. But then I learned that I can choose to be happy. And that God, the universe made me come here to this earth because I am special and that I am loved and don’t have to do anything for it. I learned that each person on this earth is unique and that included me.
Today I went through my day just being happy. And I let myself be surprised by so many people. The coolest thing: I joined two conversations on Facebook where other people stated that it was their birthday today too. It was so cool to find so many people having their birthday on the same day. I never was aware of that before. It is a great feeling to suddenly discover people from around the world sharing one birthday.
I had a happy day today. And I choose to be happy onwards.
I hope you have a happy day too.
Teach your children to meditate and/or meditate with them.
There’s a saying that roughly goes like this:
“If every 8-year-old would be told how to meditate,
there would be no more war on earth.”
Let’s strive to get there.
1.) Make your own meditation practice a priority in your personal every day life. Thereby you give yourself space and time and you also are an example for your children.
2.) Teach your children a simple meditation. And teach them to breathe deeply to reconnect with themselves. Gabby Bernstein gives examples in this video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=UfwDcP7ebHA
3.) Maybe also invite your children to meditate together. Don’t give up your personal meditation time though. Rather set another time for meditating together. Share your guided meditations with them, if you like. And just follow your guidance and their curiosity.
Most of all: “Be a meditator.” Gabby Bernstein
My husband just told me that the situation in Ukraine seems to be getting worse and that there might be a war soon. He was concerned which effects that would have on us, on our area and where it would lead. These words and thoughts all felt very fearful and confusing. So I stated something very clearly which I will repeat here:
I CHOOSE PEACE.
And I pray to God and the angels that everything will turn out for the highest good of all.
I send peaceful and loving thoughts and energy.
I use my mantra “Metta Muksha Ananda” (Loving Kindness, Freedom, Bliss) to stay in the energy of loving kindness.
I may even use the mantra “Shanti” (Peace) to stay in a state of peace.
You can repeat those mantras over and over in your mind, not just in meditation.
I also use my Angel Symbol Cards by Ingrid Auer to meditate and get back into alignment with Source, if I feel awkward or unwell or fear or whatever.
This is what I can do. This is what I choose to do. This is what I came here to do. This is my job here on Earth. Because what I want is PEACE. And because we are all one, my choosing PEACE and LOVING KINDNESS makes a difference and ripples out to everybody on this planet and in the whole cosmos. It’s so easy to fall into fear and join people in that. But I refuse to do that.
I CHOOSE PEACE. I CHOOSE LOVING KINDNESS.
If you join me, our impact is even bigger. I would be glad, if you did.
